REPORT ON FORM 6-K

Attached is the English translation of the summary of the payment notice related to the Company’s Series XLVIII fixed Rate Notes in a principal amount of USD 43,656,188, due 2028.

The Company informs that on January 12, 2026, it will start the payment of the first installment of interests related to the Series XLVIII Notes issued on July 11, 2025.

Interests will be paid to the noteholders at whose name the Notes were registered on January 9, 2026.
