Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or CertainOfficers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 23, 2020, the board of directors of Creative Realities, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Stephen Nesbit, a current director of the Company, to serve on its audit committee. The current members of the audit committee of the board of directors are David Bell, as the chairperson, Donald A. Harris and Stephen Nesbit.
