On July 21, 2026, Ian T. Clark delivered notice of his intention to resign from the board of directors (the “Board”) of Corvus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of July 22, 2026.
The Company thanks Mr. Clark for his significant contributions to the Company during over nine years of Board service.
