Management has re-evaluated the Company's liquidity and capital resources for the twelve-month period from the date of issuance of these unaudited interim financial statements. While certain conditions and events that previously raised substantial doubt may continue to exist, management's plans, including the successful completion of the Company's initial public offering and related capital raising activities, resulting improvement in liquidity, were determined to mitigate the substantial doubt regarding the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
