On June 15, 2023, Cyanotech Corporation (the “Company”) received a notification letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company that it has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) (“Bid Price Rule”) and is in compliance with all applicable listing standards.
