Item5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Agreementsof Certain Officers

On November 24, 2020, John Coghlan resigned as a Director of Data Storage Corporation (the “Company”) to pursue other interests. Mr. Coghlan’s resignation was not the result of any disagreements with management. In addition, on November 24, 2020, Clifford Stein resigned as a Director of the Company to pursue other interests. Ms. Stein’s resignation was not the result of any disagreements with management.
