On November 17, 2025, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Skillful Craftsman Education Technology Limited (the “Company”) received a resignation letter from Mr. Bill Tang, resigning from the position as the Chief Strategy Officer of the Company, effective on November 17, 2025. Mr. Tang’s resignation is due to his personal reason and not because of any disagreement with the Company or its management.
