Supplementation of R$ 85 million in
Copel DIS investment plan
Companhia Paranaense de Energia - COPEL ("Company"), a company that generates, transmits, distributes and sells energy, with shares and share deposits (UNITs) classified in B3 SA - Brazil, Stock Exchange, Counter (CPLE3, CPLE5, CPLE6, CPLE11), at NYSE (ELP) and at LATIBEX (XCOP, XCOPO, XCOPU), informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Company's Board of Directors approved, on this date, a supplementary budget of R$ 85 million to comply with Copel Distribution's investment plan (Copel DIS), from R$1,217.6 million to R$1,302.6 million, as shown in the table below:
