Eltek Sets Earnings Release Date and ConferenceCall to Report First Quarter 2026 Results on May 19, 2026

Petach-Tikva, Israel, May 7, 2026 Eltek Ltd. (NASDAQ: ELTK), a leading global manufacturer of high-quality printed circuit boards, announced today that it will release its financial results for the first quarter of 2026 before the market opens on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Eltek's financial results will be released over the news wires and will be posted on its corporate website at: http://www.nisteceltek.com.

On Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time, Eltek will conduct a conference call to discuss the results. The call will feature remarks by Eli Yaffe, Chief Executive Officer and Ron Freund, Chief Financial Officer.
