Embraer S.A. (“Company”), in attention to the Notice to Shareholders disclosed on April 29, 2025, informs its shareholders and the market in general that the amount of the dividends distribution per ordinary share issued by the Company changed to R$ 0,07010891319, considering the Company's current share buyback program.

The other provisions of the Notice to Shareholders disclosed on April 29, 2025, remain unchanged.
