In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045 and the provisions of General Rule No. 30 of the Financial Market Commission (“CMF” in its Spanish acronym), duly empowered and on behalf of Enel Chile S.A., I hereby inform you, as a material fact, that today, at an ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Mr. Giuseppe Turchiarelli, tendered his resignation. This resignation is effective as of July 1, 2025.

Likewise, it is informed that in this meeting of the Board of Directors of Enel Chile S.A., Mr. Gianluca Palumbo was appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Enel Chile S.A., who will assume his duties as of July 1, 2025.
