Entergy New Orleans, LLC is the sponsor and servicer for the Senior Secured Storm Recovery Bonds issued by Entergy New Orleans Storm Recovery Funding I, L.L.C. (collectively, the “Bonds”). On September 24, 2021, S&P Global Ratings issued a ratings action in which it downgraded (i) the issuer credit rating of Entergy New Orleans, LLC from BB+/stable to BB/developing and (ii) Entergy New Orleans, LLC’s Senior Secured Rating from BBB+/stable to BBB/developing. The ratings on the Bonds were unaffected.
