Item 5.02(a)	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers

On August 14, 2023, Earth Science Tech, Inc. (the “Company”), received a letter of resignation from its Chief Compliance Officer, Nickolas S. Tabraue.

Mr. Tabraue’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
