On October 1, 2020, Four Corners Property Trust, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its third quarter 2020 earnings conference call date and rent collection information with respect to the Company’s real estate portfolio in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The Company's press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference in this Item 7.01.
