On April 26, 2022, First Financial Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Shareholder Meeting in Abilene, Texas. During the Annual Shareholder Meeting, F. Scott Dueser, the Company’s Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President, made a presentation to the Company’s shareholders and invited guests. The presentation materials are attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
