On June 3, 2022,  First Northwest Bancorp (the "Company"), and Kelly A. Liske, Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer of the Company, agreed that Ms. Liske will leave the Company effective June 30, 2022, to pursue other business opportunities. Ms. Liske has held various management roles with the Company and First Fed Bank since 2006.
