ITEM 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporationor Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
The Board of Directors of Yuengling’s Ice Cream Corporation (the “Company”) approved on March 27, 2024, a change in the Company’s fiscal year end from October 31st to December 31st of each year. The Company intends to file a transition report on Form 10-KT prior to April 15, 2024, which shall include audited financial statements, for the period beginning November 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2023.
