On April 12, 2024, Selectis Health, Inc., a Utah corporation (the “Company”) entered into a Commercial Line of Credit Agreement and Note with Southern Bank for a line of credit in the principal amount limit of $750,000 at a fixed interest rate of 8.50% per annum with a Maturity Date of April 12, 2025. A copy of the Commercial Line of Credit Agreement and Note is filed herewith as Exhibit 10.1.
