On March 5, 2024, Genco Shipping & Trading Limited (“Genco”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
disclosing the appointment of Paramita Das as a new member of its Board of Directors (the “Board”). The Company is filing this Amendment No. 1 to disclose that on July 1, 2024, the Board designated Ms. Das and other members of the Board to serve on
