NOTICE TO THE MARKET
On July 30, 2025, GeoPark Limited (the “Company”) convened its Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”). However, due to lack of quorum the AGM has been adjourned and in accordance with the Company’s Bye-laws, the AGM will be reconvened at 10:00 a.m. UTC-3 on August 6, 2025, at Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, 4^th^ Floor, Hamilton HM 11, Bermuda.
