As already reported on 27 February 2024, the board member, Mr. José Ignacio (Nacho) Abia, no longer holds the category of "other external" from 1 April since he has taken on executive functions as the company's Chief Executive Officer; therefore, he holds the category of "executive director" in accordance with Article 529 duodecies of the Capital Companies Act.
