OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION

As a continuation of the “Other Relevant Information” published on 18 June 2024 regarding the sale of a 20% equity stake in SRAAS to the Haier Group, in exchange for RMB 12.5 billion (net EUR 1.6 Bn), Grifols informs that the proceeds received from the transaction have already been deposited into Grifols’ bank account in Spain.
