Explanatory Note

Gorilla Technology Group Inc., a Cayman Islands exempted company (the “Company”), today reiterated its prior guidance for 2023 and 2024 revenue of $65 million and $90 million, respectively. In addition, the Company advised that it is aiming to be EBITDA break-even or positive for 2024.
