Gulf Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) received a notification from the government of Shouguang City on December 3, 2024, informing it that the Company’s bromine and crude salt facilities are required to be temporarily shut down from December 15, 2024 to February 12, 2025. In accordance with this notice, the Company plans to suspend production during this time. The facilities are expected to resume production after 8:00AM, February 12, 2025, local time.
