Item 8.01.     Other Events.

The board of directors (the “Board”) of Harte Hanks, Inc. (the “Company”) has established June 23, 2021, as the date of the Company’s 2021 virtual Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2021 Annual Meeting”). The record date for the 2021 Annual Meeting will be May 4, 2021. The time and location of the 2021 Annual Meeting will be specified in the Company’s proxy statement for the 2021 Annual Meeting.
