On April 28, 2021, Spectrum Global Solutions, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), appointed Daniel Sullivan, age 63, as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company, effective April 29, 2021.
Since 2003, Mr. Sullivan has been the President of PCN Enterprises, Inc., which provides accounting related consulting services to public companies. There are no family relationships between Mr. Sullivan and any director or executive officer of the Company.
