“Due to its neutral cash flow, the Company has doubt about the entity's ability to continue as a going concern within one year after the date that the financial statements are issued. In addition, most of the Company's development activities since inception have been financially sustained through equity financing but it is using all additional cash flow to help support the Company's growth and research and development of new products. Management plans to keep seeking funding through debt and equity financing which are intended to mitigate the conditions that have raise substantial doubt about the entity's ability to continue as a going concern.”
