ICICI Bank Limited (the ‘Bank’)Report on Form 6-K

The Bank has made the below announcement to the Indian stock exchanges:

RBI has, vide its letter dated August 8, 2025, forwarded an Order dated August 7, 2025 passed by the Adjudication Committee of Executive Directors, imposing a monetary penalty of ₹ 75.00 lakhs on ICICI Bank Limited for i) not carrying out valuation of properties by independent valuers in certain mortgage loans; and ii) opening/ maintaining certain current accounts in contravention of extant regulatory requirements. This penalty has been imposed in exercise of powers conferred on RBI under the provisions of Section 47 A(1)(c) read with Section 46 (4)(i) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.
