The Bank has made the below announcement to the Indian Stock exchanges:

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited (‘ICICI Lombard’), subsidiary of ICICI Bank Limited (‘Bank’) has, vide an email received by the Bank today at 12:17 a.m., informed us regarding disclosures filed by it with the Stock Exchanges in respect of three Orders from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Income-Tax, Central Circle 5(3), Mumbai.

The details of the Order as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024 and with the Industry Standard Note on Regulation 30 have been provided by ICICI Lombard in its disclosure.
