ICICI Bank Limited (the ‘Bank’) Reporton Form 6-K

This is further to the disclosures made by ICICI Bank Limited (“Bank”) dated February 12, 2025, June 27, 2025 and July 9, 2025 with regard to investment in our subsidiary, ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited (“Company”).

Reserve Bank of India has, vide its letter dated September 12, 2025, accorded its approval to the Bank for purchase of additional shareholding of up to 2% in the Company, to maintain its majority shareholding, subject to compliance with applicable regulations.
