Infobird Co., Ltd AnnouncesDirector Resignation

Infobird Co., Ltd (the “Company”) today announced that Mr. Zhixiong Wang, a former member of the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”), resigned from his positions as a member of the Board and as a member and the chair of the nominating and corporate governance committee of the Board for personal reasons, effective as of November 17, 2022.

Mr. Yimin Wu, the Company’s chairman and chief executive officer, would like to warmly thank Mr. Wang for his contribution and commitment to the Board’s work throughout his time in office, and wish him success in his future endeavors.
