Further to the Form 6K filed on September 8, 2020, the Company has agreed to grant Nextglass Technologies Corp an extension in the closing of the US$1,650,000 Convertible Note to October 20, 2020. The terms of the Convertible Note are set out in our Form 6K field on August 11, 2020.
