Item 5.07.    Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On May 2, 2024, Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of stockholders. A total of 28,309,150 shares of the Company’s common stock were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting, representing approximately 95.44% of the Company’s common stock outstanding as of the March 5, 2024 record date. The following are the voting results for the proposals considered and voted upon at the meeting, each of which were described in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 19, 2024.

Proposal 1 — Election of Directors

The following director nominees were elected as Class III directors to hold office until the Company’s annual meeting of stockholders to be held in 2027 and until their respective successors have been duly elected and qualified. The number of votes cast for and withheld from each nominee and the number of broker non-votes with respect to each nominee were as follows:
