Explanatory Note

On May 24, 2022, Innoviz Technologies Ltd. announced the appointment of Tali Chen as Chief Business Officer (CBO). Ms. Chen replaces Oren Rosenzweig, who stepped down from his CBO and Board of Directors’ roles.
