Attached is the
English translation of the letter dated February 17, 2023, filed by
the Company with the Bolsas y
Mercados Argentinos S.A. and the Comisión Nacional de
Valores.
By letter dated
February 17, 2023 IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones S.A. (the
“Company”) reported that today it has paid the
redemption of the total amount outstanding of its Series IX Notes,
due on March 1, 2023, for USD 58,174,905 plus
accrued interests, in accordance with the terms of the
redemption notice published in 6-k Form dated February 10,
2023.
As a result of the
redemption, the outstanding amount of the Notes was fully
cancelled.
