Attached is the
English translation of the letter dated February 8, 2023, filed by
the Company with the Bolsas y
Mercados ArgentinosS.A. and the Comisión Nacional de
Valores.
By letter dated
February 8, 2023 IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones S.A. (the
“Company”) reported that today it has paid the
redemption of the total amount outstanding of its Series II Notes,
originally issued by IRSA Propiedades Comerciales S.A., due on
March, 2023, for USD 121,015,000
plus accrued interests, in accordance with the terms of the
redemption notice published in 6-k Form dated February 3,
2023.
As a result of the
redemption, the outstanding amount of the Notes was fully
cancelled.
