Item 8.01. Other Events.

On November 9, 2022, the Board of Directors of Kohl's Corporation declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share. The dividend will be paid on December 21, 2022 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on December 7, 2022. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.

Kohl’s Declares Quarterly Dividend

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)—November 9, 2022—The Board of Directors of Kohl’s Corporation (NYSE:KSS) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable December 21, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 7, 2022.
