Resignation of Mr. He Yu as Director and President

Effective September 7, 2025, Mr. He Yu resigned from his positions as director and president of Kuke Music Holding Limited, a Cayman Islands exempted company (the “Company”).

Mr. Yu’s resignation is not related to any disagreement with the Company’s management or directors on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
