On January 21, 2021, Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release earnings for the fourth quarter of 2020 after the market closes on February 2, 2021 and that it has scheduled a conference call on February 3, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (CT) to discuss these results. The details regarding the conference call are included in the press release which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

LandmarkBancorp, Inc. Announces Conference Call to Discuss Fourth Quarter 2020 Earnings
(Manhattan, KS, January 21, 2021) Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: LARK) announced that it will release earnings for the fourth quarter of 2020 after the market closes on Tuesday, February 2, 2021. The Company will host a conference call to discuss these results on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 10:00 am (CT). Investors may listen to the Company’s earnings call via telephone by dialing (877) 510-0473. Investors are encouraged to call the dial-in number at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the call.
