On July 16, 2024, Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release earnings for the second quarter of 2024 after the market closes on August 5, 2024 and that it has scheduled a conference call on August 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. (CT) to discuss these results. The details regarding the conference call are included in the press release which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

(Manhattan, KS, July 16, 2024) Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: LARK) announced that it will release earnings for the second quarter of 2024 after the market closes on Monday, August 5, 2024. The Company will host a conference call to discuss these results on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 10:00 am (CT).
