On April 24, 2023, Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release earnings for the first quarter of 2023 after the market closes on May 2, 2023 and that it has scheduled a conference call on May 3, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (CT) to discuss these results. (Manhattan, KS, April 24, 2023) Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: LARK) announced that it will release earnings for the first quarter of 2023 after the market closes on Tuesday, May 2, 2023. The Company will host a conference call to discuss these results on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at 10:00 am (CT).
