On January 15, 2026, Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release earnings for the fourth quarter of 2025 after the market closes on January 28, 2026 and that it has scheduled a conference call on January 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (CT) to discuss these results. The details regarding the conference call are included in the press release which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

(Manhattan, KS, January 15, 2026) Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: LARK), the holding company for Landmark National Bank, announced today that it will release earnings for the fourth quarter of 2025 after the market closes on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. The Company will host a conference call to discuss these results on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 10:00 am (CT).
