Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 3, 2024, ReWalk Robotics Ltd. (the “Company”) received written notice from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Hearings Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (the “Staff”) stating that the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) (the “Minimum Bid Price Requirement”) by maintaining a minimum closing bid price of the Company’s Ordinary Shares of at least $1.00 per share for the last 10 consecutive business days, from March 15, 2024 to April 1, 2024, and that this matter is now closed.
