Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On July 28, 2026, M2i Global, Inc. (the “Company”) filed an Amendment to Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada. The Amended to the Articles were approved by majority written consent of the shareholders in accordance with the Nevada Revised Statutes and became effective upon filing.
