Item 4.01 Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant.

On July 22, 2022, Natural Gas Services Group, Inc. filed a Current Report on Form 8-K regarding the appointment of Ham, Langston & Brezina, L.L.P. ("HL&B") as the Company's new independent registered public accounting firm. This amendment is being filed to correct an inadvertent typo in the second sentence of the original 8-K filing that referenced the fiscal years ended December 31, 2021 and 2021. The corrected reference in that sentence is for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020. With the exception of this correction, there are no other changes or modifications to the original 8-K.
