Exhibit 99.1
NiCE Defines the Trusted Record for AI-Enabled Public Safety at APCO 2026
New NiCE Witness AI governance solution extends the trusted record to AI-assisted decisions, delivering
independent, end-to-end transparency across the emergency incident lifecycle
Hoboken, N.J., August 3, 2026 – NiCE (Nasdaq: NICE) today announced a new standard for AI accountability, extending its long-standing mission to help public safety agencies capture, preserve, and understand critical incident information. At APCO 2026, NiCE will introduce NiCE Witness, an AI governance solution that creates an impartial, cross-vendor record of AI activity, personnel actions, and incident outcomes from the first call through dispatch, response, and final review. Together with NiCE Inform and NiCE Inform AI, NiCE Witness enables agencies to reconstruct the incident, assess both AI and human performance against agency policies and procedures, peer benchmarks, and national standards, and preserve an independent, auditable, and defensible record of every critical decision.
For nearly four decades, each major technology shift in public safety has expanded the record agencies rely on NiCE to keep. Voice logging preserved what was said. Digital and IP communications enabled end-to-end incident reconstruction. NG911 and multimedia brought digital evidence together. AI-assisted quality assurance made it possible to evaluate emergency interactions at scale. Now, as AI enters call triage, language translation, dispatch, threat assessment, report generation, records management, and other mission-critical workflows, the next record agencies must keep is how AI and people made decisions together.
That need is emerging as three forces converge: chronic staffing pressures, rapid AI adoption, and growing scrutiny of automated decisions. Agencies need AI to reduce workload and accelerate response, but most applications can explain only their own role. Without an impartial record across vendors and systems, agencies may be unable to show what AI recommended, what personnel saw, whether policy was followed, and why a decision was made during critical incident reviews, public records requests, litigation, accreditation, or after-action investigations.
“Public safety has always depended on a trusted record when the stakes are highest,” said Chris Wooten, Executive Vice President, NiCE. “AI does not change that need, it expands what the record must capture. Across the first-response lifecycle, NiCE Witness provides an impartial, cross-vendor account of what AI did, how personnel responded, what happened, and whether the response aligned with policy and standards. The result is independent, auditable proof of whether AI is performing as intended, and a verifiable, defensible record of every critical decision.”
Designed as the “flight recorder” for public safety AI, NiCE Witness creates a single, time-aligned record of AI activity and human decision-making across the emergency response lifecycle. Unlike individual applications that log only their own activity, NiCE Witness provides a vendor-neutral view across multiple systems—including call triage, language translation, dispatch support, threat assessment, report generation, records management, and other operational workflows—so agencies can reconstruct not only what happened, but how technology and people interacted throughout the response.
NiCE answers three critical questions about every incident
Each technology shift has expanded the record that agencies trust NiCE to keep. Together, NiCE Inform, NiCE Inform AI, and NiCE Witness give agencies a connected answer to three questions that define accountability in an AI-enabled environment:
What happened? NiCE Inform brings together 911 audio, CAD activity, radio communications, reports, and digital records into a complete, chronological incident view, while Intelligence Center dashboards help leaders see patterns and performance trends across operations.
Was it handled correctly? NiCE Inform AI extends quality assurance from small samples to virtually every emergency interaction through automated evaluation, configurable scoring, coaching workflows, and performance analytics—for people, and increasingly for the AI working beside them.
Can we prove every decision? NiCE Witness adds the independent, auditable, and defensible record of AI-assisted decision-making, showing how recommendations and human judgment combined from the first call through final review.
At APCO 2026, NiCE will demonstrate these capabilities from initial emergency call through final reporting and review, including incident reconstruction, AI-assisted quality assurance and coaching, Intelligence Center dashboards, and preservation of AI-assisted recommendations and human decisions through NiCE Witness. Visitors can see how agencies can reconstruct every critical incident, evaluate every emergency interaction, record every AI-assisted decision, and defend every operational outcome at NiCE Booth 2412.

NiCE Publishes 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report,
Demonstrating Commitment to Innovation and Sustainability
NiCE promotes AI innovation and elevates customer and employee experience, while improving
environmental performance
Hoboken, N.J., August 10, 2026 – NiCE (Nasdaq: NICE) today announced the release of its 2025 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report, showcasing the company’s commitment to unlocking value through innovation, while advancing sustainable business practices. The report, developed with reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 2021 Standards, showcases NiCE’s progress in promoting social impact, environmental stewardship and corporate governance. Access the full 2025 ESG Report here.
“Our 2025 ESG achievements show how we are creating a NiCE world where we work to enhance human potential, support sustainable progress, and benefit communities,” said Scott Russell, CEO, NiCE. “By putting people first in everything we do, from improving experiences to empowering employees and reducing our environmental impact, we’re creating meaningful, measurable change for both business and society.”
In 2025, NiCE continued to expand responsible AI capabilities across its product portfolio. The acquisition of NiCE Cognigy, a market-leading agentic AI platform, marked a significant milestone in strengthening NiCE's position as a leader in enterprise AI. The company's commitment to improving customer outcomes through innovation was further demonstrated by reinvesting 14% of revenue in research and development, led by a global team of more than 3,500 R&D professionals.
NiCE is proud to report a 23% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 (location-based) greenhouse gas emissions in 2025 compared to the previous year. This reduction reflects the company's focus on operational efficiency and was driven in part by the migration of one of its data centers to the cloud during the year.
NiCE also continued to invest in its workforce in 2025. The company launched CORE, a new leadership boot camp for first-line managers, alongside the 4D, Quantum Leap, and Emerge programs, all designed to develop leadership at every level. The company also achieved 100% compliance in employee ethics training. Meanwhile, NiCE employees made a significant impact in their local communities, volunteering more than 40,000 hours during the company's Global Community Month. In addition, the company donated approximately 960,000 USD giving back to the community through various nonprofit initiatives worldwide.
The 2025 ESG Report demonstrates NiCE's commitment to advancing environmental, social, and governance principles while continuing to lead in technological innovation.

Currys Transforms Customer Engagement with NiCE, Driving Higher NPS and
Faster Resolution
Leading U.K. technology retailer unifies customer interactions across the customer lifecycle, reducing complaints
while creating a scalable foundation for next generation customer service
HOBOKEN, N.J., August 12, 2026 — NiCE (Nasdaq: NICE) today announced that Currys plc, the U.K.'s leading omnichannel technology retailer, is improving customer engagement with the NiCE CXone platform. By seamlessly connecting customer interactions across every stage of the journey, from purchase to ownership and support, NiCE has played a role in supporting Currys’ double-digit improvements in customer satisfaction and quality. This transformation is helping the retailer deliver more personalized, efficient experiences while creating a scalable foundation for innovation and long-term customer loyalty.
Working with strategic partner Concentrix, Currys has transformed its customer service environment into a unified, cloud-based engagement platform spanning voice, email and social channels. The initiative supports customers across product purchases, mobile services, delivery, installation, repairs and ongoing support, enabling more seamless experiences across every touchpoint. Every interaction is captured, transcribed, and analyzed, providing actionable insight into customer needs, service friction points and opportunities for continuous improvement.
The impact of the CXone launch extended across the operation. First contact resolution now runs at nearly 80 percent, while the contact-to-order ratio fell to 0.18 per sales order, meaning fewer customers need to make contact for every order placed. For the main Currys business, a six-point NPS improvement was delivered during the initial migration period.
In one area, Currys saw complaints fall by roughly half over 18 months and NPS rise by more than 20 points. Currys expects the success to serve as the model for extending CXone across the wider business.
Today, CXone supports hundreds of advisors across Currys' internal and outsourced operations across the U.K., South Africa and India, managing nearly 6 million customer interactions annually. Concentrix supported the transformation by helping operationalize CXone across complex multichannel environments and translating analytics into measurable frontline improvements. The strategy positions Currys to accelerate innovation and strengthen customer loyalty through increasingly proactive, personalized and connected retail journeys across the customer lifecycle.
"With this new tool, we now have a unified view of customer interactions across channels, allowing us to resolve issues faster, personalize services and continuously improve the experience we deliver," said Chris Stroud, Director of Customer Management Centre, Currys. "The platform is also creating a foundation that will help us further simplify and make it easier for customers to shop with us than ever before."
The deployment has also strengthened operational agility. New engagement channels can now be deployed in weeks, accelerating speed to market while maintaining consistency. Currys is using NiCE Workforce Management to improve forecasting, optimize staffing and better align resources with seasonal demand patterns.
"Currys is demonstrating how leading retailers can use customer service automation and orchestration to transform retail customer journeys," said Darren Rushworth, President, NiCE International. "By unifying customer interactions on CXone, Currys is gaining loyalty and deeper insight into customer needs, driving measurable improvements in satisfaction and loyalty, and creating a strong foundation for the next generation of retail experiences."

Bluecrest Transforms Healthcare Experience with NiCE Copilot, Delivering
94% Call Answer Rate Improvements
AI-powered automation and real-time guidance drive 100% interaction analysis, improving patient
access and operational efficiency at scale
Hoboken, N.J., August 18, 2026 – NiCE (Nasdaq: NICE) today announced that Bluecrest, a leading UK health intelligence company, has transformed its contact center into an AI-powered, insight-driven operation using the NiCE CXone platform to deliver significant improvements in patient access, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
Bluecrest’s transformation, working with the UK’s longest-running contact center service provider SVL Business Solutions, enabled a fundamental shift to an AI-enabled operating model, where artificial intelligence is embedded across the customer journey to drive real-time decisions, automate manual work, and unlock actionable insight at scale. Operating one of the UK’s largest direct clinic networks, Bluecrest needed to move beyond a legacy environment that limited visibility, consistency, and scalability. With CXone, the organization established a modern AI foundation that connects interactions, data, and workflows—enabling continuous improvement across both customer experience and operations.
AI a core operational capability
AI is now deeply embedded across Bluecrest’s core workflows, transforming how work gets done at every stage of the customer journey. From AI-powered AutoSummary, which eliminates manual documentation and reduces cognitive load, to Copilot and real-time journey summaries that improves the quality and consistency of every interaction, AI actively augments advisor performance in the moment. At the same time, interaction analytics and end-to-end transcription convert every conversation into structured, actionable intelligence—providing complete visibility into customer intent, behavior, and outcomes, and enabling continuous, data-driven improvement across the operation.
By embedding AI into daily operations, Bluecrest has moved beyond efficiency gains to deliver tangible business and customer outcomes:
| · | £250,000 annual savings driven by AI-powered reduction in after-call work (3.5 to less than 2.5 minutes). |
| · | 94% call answer rate, significantly improving patient access. |
| · | 100% of interactions analyzed, replacing manual dispositions with behavioral insight. |
| · | Analytics-driven coaching increased key product conversations from 10% to 70%, contributing to 2,200+ new subscriptions. |
These improvements reflect a broader shift to data-driven, behavior-led performance management, where AI continuously identifies opportunities to improve both experience and outcomes.
AI has also redefined the role of the advisor. By automating repetitive tasks, Bluecrest has enabled advisors to focus on higher-value, more meaningful customer interactions. Structured summaries, guided workflows, and conversational intelligence reduce cognitive load while improving consistency, compliance, and quality.
Leaders now use AI-driven insights to deliver targeted, evidence-based coaching, replacing anecdotal feedback with precise behavioral data—driving measurable improvements in both performance and customer outcomes.
Beyond productivity, AI has enabled Bluecrest to build a more resilient and responsive operation. Real-time dashboards now support proactive decision-making, while full interaction visibility allows teams to rapidly detect and resolve issues as they arise. Continuous AI-driven insights enable ongoing optimization of customer journeys and operational processes, and the elimination of platform-related outages ensures consistent, reliable service delivery. This creates an environment where every interaction contributes to learning and continuous improvement.
Building the foundation for future AI innovation
With AI now embedded as a core capability, Bluecrest has established a scalable foundation for continued innovation—from deeper automation to more proactive and agentic AI use cases.
“CXone has enabled us to move from a reactive operation to one that is truly insight-driven,” said Russell White, Director of AI and Transformation, Bluecrest. “AI is now fundamental to how we support our customers, empower our teams, and continuously improve outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and trust.”
“Bluecrest’s transformation demonstrates the real value of AI when it is embedded into the operating model,” said Darren Rushworth, President, NiCE International. “This is not just about automation, it’s about using AI to drive better decisions, better performance, and better experiences at scale.”
