Resignation of Mr. Token Yilin Hu as Vice Presidentof Research and Development
Niu Technologies (“NIU”, or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: NIU), the world’s leading provider of smart urban mobility solutions, has received notice of resignation from Mr. Token Yilin Hu, who will cease to serve as vice president of research and development of the Company, effective October 7, 2022. Mr. Hu will continue to serve as a director of the Company and will be serving as a consultant to the Company following his resignation.
