Navigator Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”) has engaged PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) as the Company’s new independent registered public accounting firm. PwC will audit the Company’s financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2021. The Company has dismissed Ernst & Young LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm.
