On May 12, 2026, Option Care Health, Inc. (the “Company”) management will participate in the Bank of America Health Care Conference. An investor presentation that the Company intends to use in connection with this conference and other meetings is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and will also be posted on the Company’s Investor Relations website.
