Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 28, 2022, Ken Suslow tendered his resignation as a Class II director of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Owlet, Inc. (the “Company”), and will step down from the Board and its Audit Committee, effective immediately. Mr. Suslow’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or any matter relating to the Company’s operation, policies or practices.
